Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can set up your first location and start collecting reports before entering any payment information.
Do my managers need to download an app?
No. Managers visit a unique link on their phone browser, tap record, speak, and submit. That is it.
Can I add multiple email recipients per location?
Yes. You can add as many recipients as you need — district managers, business partners, or investors.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your submission history at any time from your dashboard.
Can I change my questions after setup?
Yes. You can update the questions for any location at any time from the admin dashboard. Future reports will use the new questions.
